This well balanced cattle ranch is located approximately two miles East of the community of Bonanza, Oregon at the North end of the Langell Valley ranching and farming area. Generally the ranch is a mix of timbered ridges and broad productive irrigated valleys. There is a total of 1764 acres with 869 irrigated. The hay and pasture land is irrigated from two wells and the Horsefly and Langell Valley Irrigations Districts. The elevation is 4300 feet with 13 inches of annual precipitation, the area enjoys a sunny high desert climate with 4 distinct seasons.
