This well balanced cattle ranch is located approximately two miles East of the community of Bonanza, Oregon at the North end of the Langell Valley ranching and farming area. Generally the ranch is a mix of timbered ridges and broad productive irrigated valleys. There is a total of 1764 acres with 869 irrigated.
